In Dr. Jack Holladay's bankruptcy filing for $2,000,483.19 he listed ownership of three luxury automobiles, including a 2000 Mercedes S500, a 2001 Lexus RX 300, and a 2000 Lexus RX 300.  He also claimed monthly expenses of $47,638. 

Chrysler Daimler Services claimed that Dr. Jack Holladay had no equity in the vehicle, and demanded that the court allow Chrysler Daimler Services to proceed with repossession.
