NBC News in Chicago investigates illegal "black box" lasers, including one which was seized from Dr. Nicholas Caro by U.S. Marshalls.
Dr. Nicholas Caro damaged the vision of Dean Kantis and then sued him for publishing copies of medical malpractice lawsuits at LifeAfterLasik.com.
