Christopher Roiland is an individual who has harassed and threatened LASIK patients from 2003-2007 on the alt.lasik-eyes USENET newsgroup, while using the alias of Ragnar Suomi.  Glenn Hagele has provided many details of the personal lives of LASIK patients to Christopher, knowing that Christopher would use the information to harass and defame the patients.  Glenn Hagele also exerts a great deal of influence over Christopher, when Christopher is not in jail.  In addition, several people have reported that Christopher Roiland is paid a $100 fee per patient referral by Dr. Scott Behler, who is "certified" by Glenn Hagele.
